Our Corporate Resource Centre (CRC) and Career Development Centre (CDC) work together to connect academic learning with industry needs. The students participate in ongoing workshops which teach them aptitude training and soft skills development along with resume preparation and interview simulations. The CDC team together with Unsaid Talks and Google Tata Strive delivers training to students.

Student Support Services
We have a strong support system in place at MRIIRS for all-around development of students. Our Mentor-Mentee System assigns all the students (mentees) a faculty member (mentor) for academic counseling, career counseling, and counseling related to personal issues. This one-to-one personalized mentoring is aimed at the confidence levels, communication skills, and motivational levels of students.
They also have access to a common portal where they can see their academic calendar, circulars, and notices. They are able to see course-wise topics, session schedules, study material, attendance, and assignments. They are also able to see internal and external exam results, create report cards and admit cards, and pay fees. They can also download fee receipts from the portal. It also allows for participation in surveys and feedback through the EMS.
Innovation & Startups
The Manav Rachna Business Incubator serves to promote innovative ideas between students and alumni as well as faculty members of MREI. The incubator provides complete design and manufacturing facilities to support research and creative entrepreneurship while assisting startups and early-stage businesses to succeed.
Manav Rachna provides businesses with opportunities to obtain funding from angel investors and state governments and economic development coalitions and other investment sources. The incubator provides its members with multiple investment possibilities together with valuable mentorship along with guidance and expertise and extensive networking opportunities.
Customized and integrated innovation-based incubation support services form a fundamental element of the provided offerings. The incubator pursues fresh business concept ideas while providing essential skill development through targeted training programs for its participants.
