Admission Criteria

For MRIIRS:

Students will have to clear 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in five subjects. The score will be calculated on the best of four subjects with English as a mandatory subject.

Merit for admission will be prepared based on the candidate’s performance in MRNAT or marks obtained in the qualifying examination.

For Monash University:

To be eligible for the Monash transfer, students must complete 1.5 years of the B.Sc IT program at MRIIRS with the required units mapped to Monash. Candidates should also meet the English language requirements and Monash’s minimum entrance standards.

Applicants must achieve a final Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 6.0* for the required units completed at Manav Rachna International Institute of
Research and Studies. Official academic transcript and graduation certificate issued by MRIIRS with their Monash application will also be required by the students.

The program would give the students an international learning experience and would help them build careers in the fields of IT, data science, and digital innovation.

Note: *Students will have to increase their duration from 2 years to 2.5 years to be able to undertake the Applied Cybersecurity Major in the Semester 1 (March) intake.

Students will not be able to undertake the Data science and Al specialisation in the Semester 2 (July) intake without increasing the 2-year course duration to 2.5 years due to unit offerings and unit prerequisites.
