Welcome to the School of Culinary and Hotel Management at Manav Rachna. Since 2009, the Hospitality and Hotel Administration programme has been training students to be ready for their jobs. It has a special mix of skills to run a hotel and to manage it. The course is based on hands on training and on learning by doing. Students get experience out of the class room.
The course has links with the hotel industry. Students see how it works first hand on hotel visits and live projects. They learn by doing on workshops run in the labs. This four-year degree matches the New Education Policy. It has four main parts and many choices to leave the course early.
The four parts are food and drink making, food and drink service, places to stay, and front desk work. Students can choose one or more optional courses which are in line with industry needs. They can do modules to build skills or access online courses to learn more. Students are encouraged to follow their interests and think like business founders. Manav Rachna trains students for jobs and for a global career in the hotel trade.

The School of Culinary and Hotel Management at Manav Rachna has been giving the Hospitality and Hotel Administration programme since 2009. The course is made to make experts who have both working skills and smart ideas for the fast-changing world of hotel work. In this long course, students get training in all the main parts of hospitality work. They also get to choose from a mix of key subjects, ability-raising classes, and skill-raising classes. The course also has ways to do extra classes on the internet for extra credit.
This full plan helps students go for many types of jobs in hospitality work. They can run a hotel and also look into cooking and starting their own places.

Eligibility
Pass in 10+2 examination or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate of five subjects with English as one of the compulsory subjects.
Rank in NCHMCT common entrance examination is also taken into consideration.
