Admission Criteria

For MRIIRS- B.Sc. Hospitality and Hotel Administration:

To apply for B.Sc. HHA at MRIIRS, candidates must have cleared 10+2 or an equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in five subjects, with English as a compulsory subject.

Applicants who fulfil the minimum academic criteria can apply for the program regardless of their academic stream background - Science, Commerce or Humanities.
Moreover, to enroll in the program, students are also required to submit a valid score in the common entrance exam conducted by the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT).

For HTMi- BSc. (Hons) International Hospitality Management:

Students must get 92 credits to be admitted to HTMi’s BSc. (Hons) International Hospitality Management. The admission process at HTMi also considers skills such as communication skills, adaptability, problem-solving ability, and teamwork. 
Admission is subject to fulfilling requirements for transfer to HTMi, Switzerland.

Career Opportunities

To be able to work in Switzerland after graduating, students will have to apply for a post-study residence permit within six months of completing the bachelors degree. The permit would allow the students to stay in Switzerland and look for a job related to their qualifications for up to six months. Once they secure employment in their field, they must then apply for a work permit (B permit) to extend the stay and work legally in the country.

Graduates of the program can pursue roles such as hotel manager, event planner, tourism consultant, restaurant manager, culinary entrepreneur, hospitality manager, among others.
