The MDS in Prosthodontics & Crown & Bridge trains dental professionals in advanced restoration and replacement of teeth.   • Fixed Prosthodontics
    This aspect of the MDS prosthodontics program teaches students the restoration of damaged teeth with crowns, bridges, onlays and inlays. Students will learn new digital workflows utilizing CAD/CAM technology as part of their prosthodontics education.
  • Removable Prosthodontics
    Students will learn how to fabricate complete dentures for edentulous patients, removable partial dentures, overdentures, and precision attachment prostheses. The prosthodontics course incorporates diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical competencies for removable interventions.
  • Implant Prosthodontics
    The Master of Prosthodontics curriculum includes restoration using dental implants. This can include planning, placing, and prosthetic rehabilitation. Advanced implantology may include zygomatic or pterygoid implants which will prepare students for an array of challenging dental prosthodontic cases.
  • Maxillofacial Prosthetics
    This specialization addresses rehabilitation for patients with a facial or oral defect due to trauma, cancer or being congenitally disfigured. The master's education incorporates the fabrication of obturators, ocular and facial prostheses. In many occasions, the faculty would have students engage with a plastic surgeon or oncologist which highlights the integrated model of the master's in prosthodontics program.
  • Esthetic (Cosmetic) Dentistry
    The mds prosthodontics education provide content on smile design, veneers, and full mouth rehabilitations where patients may require consideration for function and facial esthetic. Students will utilize digital smile design in their procedures to help improve success in esthetic dentistry.

  • BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) from a DCI-recognized institution
  • Qualifying score in NEET MDS (India) or equivalent entrance exam (other countries)
