About AICTE-VAANI

The AICTE-VAANI scheme, also known as Vibrant Advocacy for Advancement and Nurturing of Indian Languages (VAANI), is an initiative by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) to promote the use of Indian languages in technical education.

Key aspects of the AICTE-VAANI scheme:

• Promotes regional languages: VAANI aims to strengthen the knowledge ecosystem in regional languages, making technical education more accessible.
• Encourages research and collaboration: It encourages research publications in regional languages and fosters collaboration between academia and industry.
• Covers various technical fields: The scheme focuses on 12 emerging fields, including advanced materials, semiconductor technology, space and defense, blue economy, and more.
• Financial assistance: AICTE provides financial support to institutions for organizing events in regional languages.
  
  

About the Seminar

The seminar on Energy, Sustainability and Climate Change provides a dynamic platform for exploring key issues in energy consumption, renewable energy transition, and climate change impacts.

Bringing together experts, policymakers, industry leaders, and academicians through this offline seminar oPowering the Future: Building a Greener World Together, will foster in-depth discussions, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem-solving through interactive sessions, panels, and case studies.

Participants gain insights into sustainable solutions, emerging technologies, and effective climate strategies, with the goal of inspiring action and promoting cross-sector partnerships for a holistic response to global energy and climate challenges.

 Objectives of the Seminar

• To educate participants on renewable energy, sustainability development, and climate change, highlighting their significance and impact in the regional language SANSKRIT.
• To create a forum for experts, policymakers, and industry leaders to exchange insights, share best practices, and present case studies on climate action and sustainable solutions in collaboration with academicians.
• To promote networking and partnerships among key stakeholders to drive sustainability initiatives at both national and international levels.
• To develop concrete recommendations to accelerate the shift to renewable energy, enhance energy efficiency, and strengthen resilience against climate change challenges
